This mixed-use building (parcel 006-06-010) and adjacent land (parcel 006-06-009) are in the Downtown Neighborhood and are zoned Limited Business (BL). The four-story building has six residential apartments and two ground floor retail spaces and is approximately 7,710 sf on an approximately 2,744 sf lot. The adjacent land is approximately 8,799 sf. The building was constructed in 1910. It is the City’s desire to obtain proposals which include a commitment to improve the property in a timely manner and maintain the property for the betterment of the neighborhood.
