144 High Street

The City of Holyoke requests proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of 144 High Street. The two-story commercial building is located on the northern end of High Street and adjacent to key downtown amenities such as the transformed Lyman Terrace neighborhood, the PVTA bus terminal and the SPARK entrepreneurship offices, among others.

An open house will be held on Tuesday April 10th and Thursday, April 19th at 10 a.m.

All proposals must be received by 10:00am on Wednesday, May 16, 2018.

123 Pine

This historic building known as The Alpine is located in the Urban Renewal Plan Project Area #1 and is zoned Downtown Residential (DR). The four-story multi-family building is approximately 15,100 sf and currently includes eight apartment units. The building was constructed in 1901. The City of Holyoke has performed environmental remediation at the site and the reports of this work are available below.
